Patricia was recently the Controller/Head of Fund Reporting at Denham Capital Management LP, a leading energy and resources private equity firm. She brings over 25 years of experience to Petra. Patricia joined Denham at its start-up in 2007 and was responsible for all cash management, accounting and reporting matters related to fund investments and holding companies. She was also involved in the structuring, execution and monitoring of investments and a member of Denham’s Valuation Committee. Prior to joining Denham, Patricia was a Senior Trading Analyst at Harvard Management Company, Inc. where she worked on public and private transactions in the energy and commodities sectors. Before Harvard Management, she worked at Putnam Investments on international institutional trusts and separately managed accounts. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University.
