Andrew was most recently a Vice President of Fund Accounting at Denham Capital Management LP, a leading energy and resources private equity firm. He brings over 14 years of private equity experience to Petra.  In his role at Denham, Andrew was responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Fund Accounting group, including overseeing the Denham audits in both the U.S. and Luxembourg. Andrew has led several accounting software migrations and is well versed in implementing Institutional Limited Partnership (“ILPA”) guidelines to fund reporting. Prior to joining Denham, he worked as a Senior Accountant at State Street Bank, focusing on fixed income client administration. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, graduating magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University.
