Aaron will serve a crucial role for Petra, where he will be responsible for attracting exceptional talent, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a culture of excellence in private fund administration. Aaron’s extensive knowledge and understanding of recruitment and recruitment projects in the finance and professional services industry will be instrumental in building and retaining Petra’s rapidly growing team.

Before joining Petra, Aaron served as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at AlixPartners, a financial advisory and consulting firm. He has also served in other leadership roles, including Vice President, Recruiting at Citibank.
